What type of wax is used?
All of our candles are made with all-natural soy wax. No dyes are used in any of the candles. No-lead wicks are used in the candles. All of our wax melts are made with a paraffin wax and soy wax blend.
How long can IÂ let my candle burn?
Allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to prevent “tunneling" in the candle. Do not burn the candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. Total burn time: 40-50 hours.

Why does my candle have a rough top after burning?
The rough, bumpy tops after burning a soy wax candle are caused when the hot wax in the melt pool cools and solidifies at an inconsistent rate. This is a feature of soy wax, and not a sign you did anything incorrectly. This further proves that the candle is made with an all-natural soy wax.
Why do i need to trim my wick?
Keeping the candle wick trimmed helps control the amount of melted wax (i.e., fuel) that the candle has access to, which helps limit the amount of soot it creates. The trimmed wick also helps the candle burn more evenly, controlling the soot and prolonging the life of the candle.
How short do I cut the wick?
Cut your wick to 1/4 of an inch for safe burning.
When will my order ship?

Are the fragrance oils used in the candles safe to inhale?
The fragrance oils used are free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other potentially hazardous chemicals often found in fragrance.
How many wax melts should i use at once?
For the best performance of our wax melts in the clam shells, it is recommended to use 1-2 melts at once. For the best performance of our MINI heart-shaped wax melts, it is recommended to use 3-4 melts at once.
